Viacell Wireless wants you to have
complete satisfaction in our company and product. Therefore, we
stand firmly behind everything we sell. All Viacell aftermarket
products (excluding batteries) come with a 3 year Warranty from
the date of purchase. Our batteries come with a manufacturer's
warranty for 1 (one) full year from the date of purchase. If Viacell
Wireless finds that any part was defective in materials or workmanship
we will replace it or issue credit for the purchase amount. This
Warranty does not cover product that have been improperly installed,
maintained, or repaired, or products that have been subject to
misuse, abuse, accident, physical damage, abnormal operation,
abnormal handling, neglect, exposure to fire, liquid or excessive
changes in climate or temperature, or with warranty stickers or
product serial numbers that have been removed, altered, or rendered
illegible. Scratches or other cosmetic damage to product surfaces
that do not effect normal operation is not covered under the above
warranty. All OEM product will adhere to manufacturer's stated
warranties.
Return procedures: No product return
will be accepted without a return merchandise authorization number
(RMA) issued by Viacell Wireless. Simply fill out completely and
submit our RMA FORM by
facsimile to: 818/901-9112. Any form not properly completed will
not be processed.
Once an RMA# has been issued, securely ship the product(s), prepaid, with the
assigned RMA# clearly printed on the outside of the carton or box to:

Attention: RMA DEPT.
Any products shipped to Viacell without a proper RMA#
will be refused. Products damaged in transit will not be accepted for warranty
(therefore, insure your shipments). All returns will be inspected and verified.
Any non-Viacell merchandise are subject to disposal. Upon the discretion of the
RMA manager, product will be repaired, replaced or credit issued.
