Please fill out the form completely and allow one business day for a RMA number to be issued. You must provide our

product code, invoice number, and a brief description as to why the product is being returned.  If the form is not filled out

completely, a RMA number will not be issued. In all instances, allowable returns will be received for exchange only; refunds

will not be issued. You must adhere to manufactures policy for all OEM and Bluetooth products. Before sending in the RMA,

you must clearly write the number on the outside of the box or it will be refused.  For further instructions please refer to our
